Barely four acres of chardonnay are nestled in one of our coolest spots, a gentle rising slope above Mark West Creek. Our debut release is elegant, restrained and belies the the notion of a California chardonnay. Only 35% was fermented in new French oak resulting in clean flavors of Asian pear and apple. Finishes with subtle brioche and complements of a delicate lemon creme brûlée. Just 70 cases made.
